Who is responsible for the processing of your personal data?

ARTIC AGENCY DIGITAL CONSULTING SL is the CONTROLLER of the USER's personal data and informs you that these data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 of December 5 (LOPDGDD).

How long will we keep your personal data?

They will be retained for no longer than necessary to maintain the purpose of the processing or as long as there are legal requirements that dictate their custody. When no longer necessary for this reason, they will be deleted with appropriate security measures to ensure that the data is anonymized or completely destroyed.

To whom do we provide your personal data?

No personal data will be shared with third parties except where necessary for the development and execution of the processing purposes, or with our communications-related service providers, with whom the CONTROLLER has entered into the confidentiality and data processing agreements required by current privacy regulations.

What are your rights?

The rights that the USER has are:

• Right to access, rectify, transfer, and erase your data, as well as to restrict or oppose its processing.
• The right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (www.aepd.es) if you believe the processing does not comply with current regulations.

2. MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER

By completing the corresponding checkboxes and entering data in the fields marked with an asterisk (*) in the contact form or presented in download forms, USERS expressly, freely, and unequivocally accept that their data is necessary for the lender to process their request and that their data will therefore be included. USERS guarantee that the personal data provided to the CONTROLLER is accurate and are responsible for communicating any changes.

The CONTROLLER informs that all data requested through the website is mandatory, as it is necessary to provide the USER with an optimal service. If all data is not provided, there is no guarantee that the information and services provided will fully meet the USER'S needs.

3. SECURITY MEASURES

That, in accordance with the provisions of current regulations on the protection of personal data, the CONTROLLER is complying with all provisions of the GDPR and LOPDGDD regulations for the processing of personal data under its responsibility, and manifestly with the principles described in Article 5 of the GDPR, by which they are processed in a lawful, fair and transparent manner in relation to the data subject and adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed.

The CONTROLLER guarantees that it has implemented appropriate technical and organizational policies to apply the security measures established by the GDPR and the LOPDGDD, in order to protect the rights and freedoms of the USERS and has communicated to them the appropriate information so that they can exercise them.
